Chapter 5: Blow for You
She, she, what was she going to do?!
It couldn’t be…
In an instant, the descriptions from those private storybooks she had read earlier suddenly became vivid, word by word.
The young gentleman was both anxious and flustered. If Li Ruantang really had such thoughts, should he wake up or not?!
His fingers hidden under the covers secretly clenched tightly.

The young gentleman, nestled in the quilt, was sleeping sweetly.
Li Ruantang smiled silently, first tucking in the corners of the quilt for the young gentleman before sitting on the edge of the bed and gently untying her own dress.

Meng Jun frowned and glanced at her, taking the medicine bottle in his palm.
He had seen clearly just now. Li Ruantang’s fingers had been rubbing back and forth, hardly leaving any medicine on the scars.
“Does Wife-master not trust me?”
The young gentleman asked solemnly, tightly grasping the medicine bottle. “Or does Wife-master think I’m useless and can’t even do a small task like applying medicine?”
“Silly Jiu Jiu, how could I not trust you?”
